Gasteria pillansii is a small succulent plant whose green, strap-shaped leaves are arranged in two rows forming a fan-like shape. The tongue shaped leaves are rough with tiny tubercules. 
 
Gasteria pillansii grows best under bright light with some direct sunshine. Half a metre away from a north- or east-facing window is ideal.
 
It comes in a plastic nursery pot inside the white gloss square ceramic cover pot.
